Statement
These terms of service are written as a fair and reasonable terms for a working partnership. We will partner with the client for the duration of the paid services. A commitment is expected between both client and provider (Red Kite SEO) to keep the working partnership productive.
A working commitment including content such as images, videos, articles, written copy, logo files. And access to websites, Google analytics, profiles and all online properties will be needed from the client. Plus, regular contact via, phone, email or text.
We the provider will send the client a report each month displaying the progress of the business online visibility.
Business Challenges
A summary of the clients business challenges will get outlined in the estimate /proposal before the provider begins providing services. If the client agrees to the estimate/proposal the goals and business challenges will be the focus for digital services by the provider. Any changes to the outlined “business challenges” during the

Set Goals
We will set clients goals for our services highlighted in the estimate/proposal. As an example these may include:
- Generate business leads
- Increase brand visibility
- Reach new customers online
- Reputation management
- Long term business growth
- Wed design
- Conversion improvement
Authorisation
The client authorises and engages Red Kite SEO as the service company to optimise the business search presence online.
The client hereby authorises Red Kite SEO to access digital assets owned by the client and make necessary changes and additions as required.
Confidentiality
The client and service provider may disclose confidential information to each other to facilitate ongoing work. Such information will be in writing when transmittal shall be safeguarded and not disclosed to third parties. We will follow the latest Data Protection Act, GDPR.
180 day Commitment
We the service provider Red Kite SEO set a minimum of 90 – 180 days commitment to our services. After a minimum of 90 days, the client may give 1 months notice to stop digital marketing services.
Payments
Payments are to get paid on the 1st of each month (SEO Services). The payment amount is stated in the original estimate/proposal and agreed upfront. No work will start if payment is not received.
Website Design payments is 50% deposit upfront (non-refundable) and 50% balance paid on completion/delivery on website.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be given once work starts, typically once payment funds are cleared we start work on your business presence straight away for that month.
Cancellation
After the minimum of 90 days, the client may give 1 months notice to stop services. All cancellation notices must be made by email to he***@re********.uk Once the clients’ cancellation is received we will replay to confirm receipt.
The provider may give 1-month notice via email to cancel services if the criteria outlined in the opening statement are not kept, or any breakdown of communication and changes to the original strategy and goals set at the beginning of the working partnership.
Reporting
We the service provider will send the client a monthly report after the month end showing the latest growth and results.

Website Design
We will plan out your website design to meet your “original brief” (scope of works), after you approve the original web design brief, we (Red Kite SEO) will start building your website.
If you change your requirements from the “original brief” you (the client) are responsible for additional charges on extra work/features needed to complete your website project if not agreed by us (Red Kite SEO) in advance.
